Integration: working 12D → 24D → 48D → 96D invites vitality, creativity, and stillness to cooperate rather than compete.

Bottom line: you’re not escaping life — you’re giving life more bandwidth to move through you cleanly.

Listen to Your Body (Always)

Green signals: warm hands, easy breath, grounded focus, subtle joy. Continue.

Yellow signals: lightheaded, buzzy, pressure behind eyes. Downshift to slow breathing; stop chanting; return to Maharata only.

Red signals: sharp pain, panic, dissociation. Stop the practice. Drink water. Feel your feet/bed. Rest.

This format does not force “energy centers.” If you don’t feel a thing, that’s fine. Curiosity over performance; kindness over intensity.

Prelude — Breath, Intention, and Rest

Three soft breaths

ˉ Inhale through the nose — receive. · Exhale through the mouth — release. Repeat ×3.

If lying down, let the spine rest neutrally. When ready, bring both hands into Heart Mudrā and place them lightly over your sternum.

The Heart Mudrā

  1. Form: Palms together (Anjali). Thumbs rest at the sternum; base of palms touch, forming a small hollow.
  2. Resting variation: Interlace fingers lightly and lay hands flat over the heart; thumbs cross softly.
  3. Breath: Inhale — chest rises into hands. Exhale — the weight of the hands reminds you of the heart’s rhythm.
  4. Awareness: Imagine warmth or emerald light radiating under your palms. No effort, only presence.

12D Maharata — The Platinum Foundation

What it is: the silver‑platinum “carrier wave” of the original blueprint (Kryst). Think: stabilizer + clarity + boundary.

Simple practice: visualize a platinum pillar rising through your spine. Whisper the syllables:

Simple practice: attention in the thymus (upper chest). See two interpenetrating diamonds of white‑gold light.

When to use: before conversation, creative work, or whenever you want clarity without hardness.

48D Marakata‑rāta — Emerald Current Descending

What it is: the emerald sound‑current that nourishes body‑mind (48‑strand/Emerald Sun resonance).

Simple practice: attention in the hara (two inches below the navel). Sense a green spiral galaxy turning.

ˉ Ma — ra — ka — ta — Rā — ta, ·

— Emerald current, descending. ·

ˉ Song of Sound, awakening cells. ·

— The galaxy within spins green and gold. ·

ˉ Ma — ra — ka — ta — Rā — ta. ·

When to use: for vitality, digestion of emotion, and steady physical healing rhythms.

96D Akṣara‑Bindu / Amṛta‑Hṛdaya / Paramā‑Mauna — Silence of the Infinite

What it is: the imperishable point; the hush that outshines words. Presence before sound.

Simple practice: both palms over heart (Heart Mudrā). Breathe an open A in, and a soft nasal hum ṃ̐ out. Then let even that go.

ˉ Akṣara‑Bindu — the point that breathes. ·

ˉ Amṛta‑Hṛdaya — heart of still nectar. ·

— Paramā‑Mauna — silence supreme. ·

(Three breaths of silence.)

When to use: anytime, especially after intensity. This is the cool river everything returns to.

Sequence for Healing and Rest
